The GRAAL award was created to recognize the achievement of business analysis work. We present this award each year to a business analysis team that demonstrates leadership and application of business analysis practices promoted by IIBA®. It is with great pleasure that the Quebec Chapter of the IIBA® joins forces with the Ottawa-Outaouais and Montreal chapters to invite you to submit your application for the 2022 GRAAL award.
Business analysis encompasses all the tasks and techniques used to liaise between the stakeholders of an organization in order to understand the structure, policies and operation of the organization and ultimately recommend solutions that will allow the organization to achieve its goals.
Business analysis is recognized worldwide by a set of knowledge areas, tasks and techniques as provided in the Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK® Guide).
How to nominate
A panel of distinguished individuals from academia, an IIBA chapter, or private or public organizations will evaluate the nominations in terms of leadership of the business analysis team and the contribution and success of the business analysis to the project. In the event of a tie, the jury will ask the applicants to make a short oral presentation. Finalists will be announced the week of May 5, 2022.
Awarding of the prize
The 2022 GRAAL Award will be presented publicly during a ceremony via ZOOM on Tuesday, May 26, 2022. The winner will have the opportunity to present his or her project at the ceremony and at a monthly meeting of the Ottawa-Outaouais, Montreal and Quebec City chapters.
