Building on the previous session at the chapter meeting in October, Pierre Armand will review what traceability is and how it can be achieved using effective tools.

Event Description

Complex initiatives pose unique challenges when it comes to designing and developing their solution. As technology and people continue to converge within organizations and the lines between the two become increasingly blurred, an overlooked requirement—whether from the business, stakeholders, or the solution—can lead to a painful physical redesign late in the process. Requirements tracking, or traceability, is critical to the success of your initiatives. Using effective tools can be helpful in tracing requirements.

Learning Objectives

In this session you will learn:
  • Know what requirements traceability is about
  • Know how traceability can be achieved
  • What is the relation between Traceability and Value
