An analysis of the IIBA Ottawa-Outaouais Chapter events from January through March 2025 reveals a strategic mix of formats, topics, and delivery methods designed to address diverse professional development needs. The chapter has balanced virtual accessibility with in-person engagement opportunities while covering emerging technologies, core business analysis competencies, and certification preparation. This carefully designed and comprehensive satisfaction survey will help the chapter evaluate the effectiveness of its current programming approach and gather actionable insights to shape the next programming calendar from September 2025 to May 2026.
