Adina is a User Experience and Business Analyst Consultant who has worked for more than 12 yearsin in both private industry and government, as both a consultant and an employee within an IT Department.

She has an extensive background in user research and identifying customers’ needs using requirements gathering techniques. She analyzes and translates information and research findings into requirements, user interface solutions and provides a great vision to build effective solutions and to deliver the optimal user experience. She is a strong believer that the key to a successful product is to integrate customer needs and stakeholder goals into product design using techniques of exploration, analysis and validation.

Adina holds a Master of Arts degree from Carleton University, specializing in Human-Computer Interaction, and a Master Certificate in Business Analysis from Carleton's Sprott School of Business.

Adina joined IIBA Ottawa-Outaouais Chapter last year. She has previously been involved with CapCHI, the Ottawa Chapter of the Special Interest Group on COMPUTER-HUMAN INTERACTION (SIGCHI).

As the Vice President of Global Relations, Adina will work closely with the IIBA Ottawa Outaouais Chapter Board of Directors to assess the external landscape and engage local complementary associations, regional IIBA Chapters and the IIBA International Institute to increase the exchange of ideas and help shape the future chapter activities.
