Annual General Meeting

IIBA Ottawa-Outaouais Chapter is a non-profit organization, incorporated under the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act. Each June, we close our annual calendar of activities with our annual general meeting (AGM) of Chapter members. 

The AGM is a great opportunity to learn more about the chapter, recognize our many committed volunteers who have contributed in the past year, and provide your input. The AGM is an important part of the Chapter's decision-making cycle and all are welcome to attend. There is no charge for the event.

Voting Members

All are welcome to participate in discussions, however only members of the IIBA Ottawa-Outaouais Chapter are eligible to stand for office and/or vote in the meeting. We welcome you to become a chapter member of IIBA or renew your membership prior to the AGM.

Voting will be conducted using ElectionBuddy software. You will receive an email with your voting access key and password approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of the AGM.
 

Items to be Voted on at the 2023 AGM

The following items will be voted on during the Annual General Meeting on June 20, 2023. If you have any comments or concerns, please contact membership@ottawa-outaouais.iiba.org before June 19, 2022.

There are no amendments planned for the Chapter Bylaws.
