Ayman Nasralla       

Ayman Nasralla, CBAP®, is a seasoned business analyst and a strategic thinker with over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. His expertise spans over global IT organizations, financial institutions, and Canadian federal government agencies.

Ayman holds a B.Sc in Computer Science from McMaster University. He started his career as an IBM C++ compiler analyst, then continued on several IT transformation projects for IBM, international banks, and finally for the Canadian federal government in Ottawa.

Throughout his career, Ayman excelled at aligning the different stakeholders and the project teams on meeting projects goals and objectives. His expertise in software development, methodologies and technologies helped him effectively translate business needs into projects requirements, and help businesses achieve their strategic goals through IT projects delivery.

Professional development is a key activity in every BA’s career. It helps us advance and get more proficient in the way we deliver value to the businesses as part of our role. As VP Professional Development, Ayman helps chapter members further develop their skills, broaden their knowledge, and achieve their development goals through the various learning activities. Ayman believes that staying fit-for-need by getting more proficient in providing BA services will strengthen the IIBA profile in the field, and help keep its members strongly recommended by the decision makers for the critical role that BAs play and the value they deliver to help businesses grow.
