CAMPBELL FERENBACH

Campbell Ferenbach is an IIBA® Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP™) and Facilitator with over 25 years of experience in a variety of business and technical environments.  Campbell brings a range of technical and professional skills that enable him to quickly craft high-quality solutions to project challenges.

Campbell works with clients to establish a collaborative relationship that ensures ongoing understanding of goals and clear communications throughout each project.  His expert facilitation helps stakeholders think through and uncover their requirements, allowing the project team to create solutions that truly meet the client’s expectations.  Campbell breaks down complex challenges to ensure that the priorities are set and addressed in alignment with the client’s needs.  His business focus and precise communications drive projects to deliver on time, on budget and with measurable value to all stakeholders.

Role & Objectives:

As the Vice President Member Services, Campbell is responsible for the administration of the Chapter's membership database, organizational development and services delivered to the members. Responsibilities of the position include:

• Maintenance and verification of the membership database
• Logistics of registration at Chapter events (manage registration desk, registration, id badges)
• Coordinate membership with the International organization
• Provide support to other areas of responsibility - Professional Development, Professional Certification, Marketing & Communications
• Interact with Chapter members to determine how to improve services and to develop new services for members

 
Key Volunteers:
Campbell works in close collaboration with Marie Halsey, IIBA O-O's Membership Coordinator. The Membership Coordinator, a non-Board role that reports to the VP Member Services, providies invaluable support to the Chapter by maintaining the Chapter's membership database, handling registration logistics for the Chapter's monthly events, and providing an additional point of contact for enquiries.
