DORIS QIAN

Doris is a Business Analyst certified in Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF 9.1), IT Service Management (ITIL v4), Business Relationship Management (BRMP), and Lean Process Improvement. Working in the IT Business Line Advisory stream in the public sector, Doris has been collaborating with partners and stakeholders to promote innovation and guide change. Doris obtained her Master's degree in Digital Transformation and Innovation from the University of Ottawa and is passionate about integrating information technologies with business processes and strategies. Doris is committed to supporting the professional development of youth, women, and visible minorities.

As Deputy for Professional Developmentm, Doris assists the VP of Professional Development in all matters relating to maintaining and building the range of professional development and networking events (e.g., monthly meetings and workshops) the Chapter offers its members and non-members in the local community.
