The Benefits Evaluation Framework

Microsoft Dynamics 365 – More Than ‘Just’ CRM

Craig Richer, CBAP

Ken Buchanan, CBAP, AAC, CSM

Topic:
The Benefits Evaluation framework assesses the value and relationship between implementing a solution, the adoption of it, and the impact it has on the organization. There are many important factors to a successful project and using this framework’s evaluation has proven an effective method for assessing those benefits, identifying any issues, and communicating them to your stakeholders. Simply put, are you getting the value you thought you would get?

About the Speaker:
Craig is a senior Business Analyst with over 15 years of experience, primarily in the healthcare industry. Craig works as a consultant for NTT DATA (formally Sierra Systems) and has worked on all kinds of health project across the country ranging from acute care to primary care to specialist systems.

When he’s not at home during a pandemic building popsicle stick bridges with his daughter and cooking with wife, he can be found outside hiking in the Ottawa area or climbing mountains in Alberta.

Topic:
During this 20-minute session, we’ll see an overview of D365, what it can do for an organization and why it is more than ‘just’ CRM – it is a platform for an organization.
