BA Trailblazer | BA Beginnings: Everyday Requirements Elicitation

The BA Beginnings Trailblazer is an opportunity for new business analysts to connect and to discuss tools, techniques, and topics that will help guide their new careers in business analysis. 

The ultimate objective of this BA Trailblazer series is to create a comfortable space in which new business analysts can help each other as they explore this new career path, all the while building professional relationships and BA skills. There will be an interactive and collective approach to the sessions where feedback and ideas will be used to determine the direction of the Trailblazer’s discussions as the series progresses.

The sixth session in the series will explore the many ways in which we already analyze and elicit requirements on a day-to-day basis. 

During the session, we'll present multiple scenarios with varying topics and involve participants in role playing and group discussions in order to showcase a different perspective on how elicitation is conducted and review techniques that will help elicit information from stakeholders.
