ECBA™ | CCBA® | CBAP® Study Group - 23 October 2019
Please note: this session takes place on a Wednesday, not the usual Tuesday.
Antoine de Saint-Exupéry said, “A goal without a plan is just a wish”. As a business analyst, you are the change enabler in your organization. Whether you're improving business processes or implementing a key technology enterprise-wide, a well-planned business analysis will be crucial to the successful outcome of these initiatives. But what happens when business analysis isn’t well planned?
In our October session, we will focus on the Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring knowledge area, the third chapter of the BABOK ® v3. The Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring knowledge area tasks organize and coordinate the efforts of business analysts and stakeholders. The resulting outputs are used as key guidelines for all other BA tasks we'll be learning about in future sessions.
