Does wading through what seems to be an endless backlog frustrate you? Could you use some help organizing your flat backlog so you can create releasable slices of functionality? This session will show how to use Story Mapping to simplify release planning and ensure you deliver a highly valued product at the end of each sprint.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn how story mapping facilitates an understanding of the product functions and use
  • Learn how story mapping can help you prioritize the backlog
  • Learn how to improve your use of this technique
