Lunch and Learn Series: Technique Boutique - SWOT Analysis

Get ready for the next session of our Lunch and Learn series! Here’s an opportunity to take a break from your workday to enhance your BA skillset and share your knowledge with your fellow BAs. In our second Technique Boutique session (hosted with our sister chapters, IIBA  Palmetto and IIBA Halifax), we will explore SWOT Analysis.

With so many options, decisions, and paths to follow in our organizations, how do we know which is the right one? And what does "right" even mean? SWOT are we to do?! (And yes, you read that correctly.)

The SWOT analysis tool is highly effective in guiding our organizations (and us) towards advantageous paths, and away from danger. It can be used to assess internal and external factors so that we can make our best decisions for the context in which we find ourselves.

In this techniques session, we'll explore the SWOT Analysis tool, and how it can be applied for better decision making.
