About the Facilitators

maureen_mcvey_iiba_0.pngMaureen McVey has over 20 years of experience as a business analyst and is a founding member of the IIBA.
Maureen has worked in a number of sectors including finance, insurance, law enforcement, manufacturing, not-for-profit agencies, municipal and federal governments.
At this time, she is working for the science section of a Canadian Federal Government Department and is part of the departmental BACC implementation.

Pamela Ploger is the Secretary of the IIBA Charlotte Chapter.
She is currently employed at Lowe’s corporate headquarters as a Product Manager.
She also has previous experience with Lowe’s BA Community of Practice.
Currently, she is involved with Lowe's Product Manager Community of Practice as a member of the Learning and Training subcommittee.
Pamela is both Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP certified. She enjoys reading, running, and travel.

Lesa King is the Vice President of Professional Development for the IIBA Phoenix Chapter.
She is a Lead Business Analyst with the University Technology Office at Arizona State University, delivering the right solutions that enable students and staff to succeed.
She is a CBAP, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Scrum Product Owner Certified. 
She runs a monthly lunch-and-learn for BAs in the University Technology Office and is a founding member and current President of the ASU BA COE.
