In this session, we discuss how Business Analysts are impacted by the implementation of the DevOps methodology. Specifically, we discuss the history and rise of continuous integration and continuous delivery in SDLC and how it impacts the Business Analyst. Items of consideration include accelerating delivery/shipment of code, working with IT operations teams, new tools, automation, and DevOps Culture. We will dive deep into the DevOps model stakeholders, what their current challenges are and how DevOps can enable them to produce a higher quality product more quickly all while working better
together.

- Applying the DevOps context to stakeholder roles
