About the Facilitator:
Alexander Kurm
Alexander has over 20 years experience in process management and improvement. Alexander is a certified Master Black Belt and holds a degree in Chemical Engineering. His extensive experience includes leading organizations in transforming business processes & products in numerous industries including manufacturing, banking, energy, food & beverage, mining and pharmaceuticals.
Alexander is also an accomplished leader, coach, trainer and speaker on advanced concepts around process improvement and most recently in the combining of behavioural science techniques with the robustness of Lean Six Sigma.
