Presentation summary
We will take a brief journey into Business Architecture using a case study and explore how business architecture facilitates change within an organization. Using the three pillars; people, process, and technology, we will work together to define current state and determine how new market opportunities align to and require a change.
We will begin our journey with a definition of Business Architecture and a brief description of the frameworks used to facilitate the practice of B. Arch. Then an interactive approach which will outline how the strategy is aligned to the organizational unit and functions. We will then take the function and align it to a process and the information required to successfully meet business objectives and measures.
