[Virtual] ECBA | CCBA | CBAP Study Group: Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring
[Virtual] ECBA | CCBA | CBAP Study Group: Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring
Whether you're thinking of formalizing your years of BA experience with a CCBA® or CBAP® certification, or you're looking to change careers and are considering the ECBA™ certificate, there is no better way to begin or keep your studies on track than with our virtual study group.
Purpose of the Study Group
The purpose of monthly study group sessions is to provide an opportunity for business analysts considering or preparing to write the ECBA™, CCBA® or CBAP® exam to talk with other like-minded individuals to review and discuss content in the BABOK®. Each month we focus on a chapter (or two) of the BABOK®, sharing perspectives on the content and answering questions amongst the group. A quiz is offered at the end of each session to reinforce and assess the material covered. The session is facilitated by a CBAP-certified business analyst.
Overview of the Session
In the October 2020 session, we will focus on the Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring knowledge area, the third chapter of the BABOK®.
The Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring knowledge area tasks organize and coordinate the efforts of business analysts and stakeholders. These tasks produce outputs that are used as key guidelines for the other tasks throughout the BABOK® Guide.
