One day you may be preparing a business case to expose the merits of a new business transformation initiative to upper management… and the next you may find yourself facilitating a brainstorming session to elicit elusive requirements from a group of disgruntled stakeholders. To be effective in your role, you require a wide spectrum of fundamental skills and knowledge.
In the April 2020 session, we will turn our focus to Underlying Competencies, the ninth chapter of the BABOK® v3.
