[Virtual] September Meeting | Optimizing your role as a BA with Strategic Thinking and Design
Business Analysts, you have a vital role to play! Working at the intersection of business and program design gives you a unique opportunity to impact the organization both upstream at the business strategy level, and downstream at the implementation level. Are you playing your biggest game? Strategy is a continuum from design through to implementation, and there is a need for all levels to think strategically. What does it mean to ‘be more strategic’?
In this interactive session, Mary Daly, a seasoned consultant in organizational strategy, will array the ways in which you can optimize your strategic impact, starting where you are now. We will be using zoom rooms and a collaborative digital technology (Nureva Span Workspace) to create an opportunity for you to also share and learn from your BA colleagues.
