If so, this half-day workshop will help you solve these problems. This workshop on Process Improvement Through Continuous Improvement includes theory discussion and hands-on exercises to help you maximize you learning potential.
In this workshop you will learn:
- Why processes are so hard to get right
- How to identify what improvements can be made to a process
- How to prioritize and implement process improvements

The best experience will be with a computer (laptop or desktop).

Emily Tom, CBAP
Emily Tom, CBAP is an independent consultant based in Ottawa, Canada. She is also the Regional Director IIBA Americas Northeastern Region, supporting 18 IIBA chapters. She is passionate about promoting the business analysis profession and supporting fellow business analysts in their careers.
As a leader and a practicing business analyst, Emily first-hand experience in getting to know and understand stakeholders in order to achieve positive results.
