HELEN RACETTE

Helen Racette, PEng, CBAP® has led a number of IT and controls projects in the private and public sectors for over 20 years.  From working for an original “Deming’s Disciples” on Statistical Process Control, through the origins of Six Sigma with experience in the automotive industry, to the application of Lean Six Sigma in Nortel as well as Medical and Pharmaceutical manufacturers throughout North America, she constantly strives to develop and share best-in-class deliverables with her teams and clients.

Helen passed the CBAP® exam in 2017 and recently spoke at Capital BA Day.  She is always looking to expand her network and help share her knowledge while continually learning from others.

As Deputy, Mentorship, Helen will be working with the Leadership team to implement the IIBA Mentorship program for the  IIBA Ottawa-Outaouis Chapter.
