How to set your Chapter in your IIBA profile

• Login to you IIBA account at iiba.org.
• Click on Welcome (your name)
• A drop-down menu will appear, click on Profile.
• A new page will open. On the right side of the screen click on Change.
• Scroll to the bottom of the box
• Click and hold anywhere on the grey bar that says Chapter
• A list of chapter websites will appear. Scroll up or down until CAN_Ontario_Ottawa_Outaouais is highlighted
• Release the mouse while that name is highlighted
• If you now see that it shows Ottawa_Outaouais below the word Chapter
• Success
• Click on Save
• Go to top of the screen and click on Logout
