KAREN PILON, CGA

Karen Burelle-Pilon has over 30 years of work experience spanning the fields of accounting, financial software implementation and business analysis. She has a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in MIS, a CGA, and a recently completed CBAP certification. She is known as a very detail-oriented individual who enjoys finding creative solutions to improve processes for internal clients and continually learning new technologies.

Karen’s focus on the Board will be on the administration and management of the Chapter's financial transactions, related documentation, and accounting practices. In her first few months on the Board, she will move the financial records toward a more current software solution and standardize the monthly reporting.
In the past, Karen participated on the Board of the Minto Skating Club in the position of Web-Coordinator.
