Lucie Miguel, CBAP®, is a Senior Business Analyst with over 18 years’ experience in eliciting and managing business requirements on service delivery, transformation, marketing and product development projects in both the Federal Government and Telecommunications industry across multiple functional domains such as ordering, provisioning, billing and reporting. Over the years, her project responsibilities have allowed her to dig deep in all six Business Analysis Knowledge Areas. She is a team player who believes that building strong collaborative relationships with project stakeholders is key to successful implementations. Her latest Government project, the Federal Science Library implementation, was a very successful collaborative effort among seven Federal Science Libraries/Departments and won a GTEC award. It was and remains her main focus on why she has joined the IIBA Ottawa-Outaouais local chapter.

As the Vice President Professional Development, Lucie will be looking at the latest Business Analysis topics, trends and issues in order to find high-quality professional development opportunities for members that will help them in their goals for certification, re-certification and continuous improvement. She will solicit member feedback on topics that interest them and will seek opportunities to help grow local chapter involvement through professional development activities.
