Business Data Analytics Practice Domains

IIBA has defined a set of practice domains which Business Data Analytics practitioners can incorporate into their data initiatives.

These are:

  1. identify research questions,
  2. source data,
  3. analyze data,
  4. interpret and report data, and
  5. use results to influence decisions making.

At our upcoming BDA trailblazer, Fred Kuzniarz, CBAP, will be holding a discussion on these 5 practice domains of Business Data Analytics and shed some light on how these can be applied in solving business problems and how they can be leveraged in the practice of business analysis.

Please come prepared with any examples in these areas from your work experience, so that we can put these concepts into context. This will also help us in the preparation towards the CBDA certification.

The BDA trailblazer is scheduled on March 12th, 2020 from 5:30 – 7:00 PM at Ottawa Public Library, Main Branch, Room B125.
