The IIBA has produced a white paper called "Understand Strategic Imperatives" that is a great read for those interested and involved in aligning their organization's strategic initatives with global digital transformation. The document also emphasizes the importance of business analysts getting involved at the early stages of strategy as opposed to the traditional scenario where we are brought in after the project plan is established.
