PRATIK LODHA

Pratik is an experienced business analyst with a strong academic background and varied experiences in business analysis. He has worked for start-ups as well as large multinational financial institutions.Currently at TD Bank, Pratik is in a leadership role as a Business Analyst, working with multiple business units across the TD-MBNA Integration program.
Working with the Live Trials component of the MBNA Integration Program, Pratik is responsible for standardizing data, defining new business processes and maintaining various business artifacts. Pratik’s role intersects with subject matter experts, middle management and program executives, as he is also responsible for performing reporting, risk analysis and data analytics.
Pratik has won multiple business competitions including Tech Venture Challenge (2008). He works with businesses to create value and help define their requirements for various projects. He specializes in starting up new projects, mobilizing teams to achieve project objectives, creating efficient execution strategies, and implementing operations and routines.
Pratik is now working on his CBAP and is looking forward to contributing to the local business analysis community as Secretary of the Ottawa-Outaouais Chapter. His goals are to understand the workings of IIBA O-O, assist in its operations and maintain smooth administrative routines.
