Pamela Paterson, MS, CBAP®, PMP®, author of the international best-seller Get the Job: Optimize Your Resume for the Online Job Search, shows you how to beat the bots and use AI to land the job you actually want.

HR systems filter and reject most resumes before a human ever sees them, and while AI tools promise to fix that, those promises can fall flat. This session gives job seekers a practical, systems-based approach to using AI throughout the search. From understanding how HR systems work and filter resumes, to building a more effective resume, in this session you’ll find out what AI can and can’t do for you, analyze job prospects and fit before you apply, and use AI to align your personal brand across your resume and socials.

Outcomes

  • Explain how HR systems filter resumes.
  • Use AI to strengthen your resume and personal brand.
  • Assess job fit before you apply.
