About the Book:

In Think Again, organizational psychologist Adam Grant makes the case that intelligence isn’t just about what we know—it’s about how we think. He highlights the importance of rethinking our opinions, being open to new perspectives, and fostering a culture of lifelong learning. Grant introduces three mental modes—the Preacher, Prosecutor, and Politician—that often hinder our ability to rethink, and encourages us to adopt the mindset of a Scientist, continuously questioning and refining our beliefs.
Through engaging stories and real-world examples, Grant provides actionable insights on how we can:
  • Recognize when to question our own thinking.
  • Create environments that encourage open dialogue and intellectual humility.
  • Make better decisions by embracing uncertainty.
