By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

• Map common BA AI use cases (minutes, research, requirements, diagrams, analysis) to their main cybersecurity and confidentiality risks.
• Identify what types of data should never be shared with external AI tools (e.g. PII, financial data, trade secrets, sensitive project details).
• Apply simple security and privacy safeguards when using AI (anonymization, redaction, access control, choice of tools, tenant/isolation considerations).
• Integrate AI‑related risk checks into their BA workflow (before pasting, before exporting, before sharing outputs).
• Communicate with security, legal, and IT teams to clarify acceptable AI use, define guardrails, and support the creation of “responsible AI use” guidelines for BAs.
