Description:

Do you feel cabin, cribbed, confined, when on Zoom or Team, and any other online video platform? Do you struggle hearing multiple voices speaking simultaneously, intermittent microphone noise? Others are on mute when trying to speak. Others have their video drop from a poor Internet connection. How do you overcome these hurdles in order to effectively collaborate online with your team. Maybe a hybrid model might work better for you? We need to connect with participants, be transparent, build teams, elicit effective
feedback, and be more productive online. We need to engage with our audience without distractions.
 
This presentation looks at the tools, techniques, and conscious steps to make meetings valuable and productive, using your favourite video platform.

Marcus Udokang

Marcus Udokang is a Consultant, Writer, Presenter, and Coach specializing in Project Management and Business Analysis, specifically business applications, and requirements analysis. He has presented at conferences and webinars and appeared on Podcasts and discussion panels. He brings his hands-on experience, years of teaching, and his knowledge and expertise to the forefront, in helping businesses deliver meaningful value. His experience spans various industries including Financial Services, Oil and Gas, and Education, including IT Training.

Marcus is also host of the Podcast and YouTube channel The Inquisitive Analyst, which focuses on discussions about the triumphs and challenges within the Business Analysis and Project Management fields.
