Beyond critical thinking that we BAs know we’re supposed to apply, we need to be aware of other intelligence types that can help us do our jobs better, connecting organizations, people, processes, and technology to build business capabilities.
 
Hear some interesting stories about how critical thinking, emotional intelligence, linguistic intelligence and creativity are applied to perform the BA job and even deal with sticky situations with stakeholders. In this session, you’ll also learn how you can improve your Authentic Intelligence to be the best BA you can be.
