Join Bertinie Flaura Ndjanko, CBAP®, for a transformative exploration of why business analysis is not just for IT projects, it's an enterprise discipline that every CEO, entrepreneur, business manager, and marketing professional needs to master.

Event Description

Drawing from her unique journey as a marketing executive, CEO of WAT&CO (Cameroon), regional technology leader (Tingtel Pay across Africa), and entrepreneur building Flaunel Technology Inc. in Canada, Bertinie reveals how the BABOK® framework complements and amplifies her strategic principles.

This session shatters the misconception that business analysis belongs only to IT departments. Through compelling real-world case studies, Bertinie demonstrates how vision combined with BA discipline transforms organizations.

Learning Objectives

Participants will learn how to:
  • Expand BA career scope beyond IT: Recognize opportunities and differentiation in non-IT industries and leadership roles where BABOK expertise is underrepresented.
  • Recognize BABOK as an enterprise discipline, not just an IT function: Discover how strategy analysis, enterprise analysis, business process management, and other BABOK knowledge areas apply across marketing, operations, finance, healthcare, non-profits, and other sectors.
  • Build a strategic career path: Whether as a business analyst, executive, entrepreneur, or organizational leader; understand how marketing thinking and business analysis discipline create competitive advantage.
