IIBA Ottawa-Outaouais Executive Team
The IIBA Ottawa-Outaouais chapter's executive team is made up of directors who are elected by chapter members at the Annual General Meeting. The Executive team is supported by non-board support roles as needed.
Each board member performs a combination of governance, administrative, and operational roles. The Board of Directors meets on a regular basis to oversee the administrative affairs of the chapter and develop strategic plans for its growth, plan events, discuss guest speakers and provide direction for subcommittees.

ZIAD SAKR
Ziad Sakr, CBAP®, AAC, PMP® brings with him over 18 years of international experience in business analysis and project management. Currently, he holds the role of Business Analyst in the financial services and energy industries. Ziad has a BSc. in Economics and a Master of Business Administration. Ziad looks forward to building a network of experienced professionals, contributing to the community, and promoting the business analysis culture by being a part of the IIBA Ottawa-Outaouais Chapter".

Treasurer
JUDY PIN
Experienced Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Certified Business Analyst (CBAP®️) with 20+ years of expertise in finance transformation, ERP implementation, and process optimization. Skilled in leading cross-functional teams, process re-engineering, and implementing large-scale financial technology solutions. Adept at improving operational efficiency and driving technology adoption across the finance ecosystem.
As Treasurer, she oversees the management of funds for duly authorized purposes of the Chapter.

MYLA HUM
Myla Hum, CBAP®️, is an independent business analyst consultant currently working for federal government department clients in the information technology industry. She started out as a software quality specialist in the private sector for a software technology company, and has since found her calling in business analysis as a second career. Myla is enthusiastic about learning new things and providing value to stakeholders and organizations by solving problems using various tools and techniques.
As VP of Communications, Myla is responsible for disseminating information to and from the Chapter membership and promoting IIBA® and the chapter through internal and external communications using various channels.

EDWINE JOB
Edwine is an experienced business analyst with a background in business process improvement. She worked on a digital transformation initiative where she supported the implementation of several information technology systems, which sparked her interest in technology and operational change. She transitioned to IT and has led several projects, worked on request for proposals for third-party solutions and led a small team of developers for the development of in-house solutions. She now works as a Lead Analyst in IT Security, focusing on governance, risk and compliance and helping business units adopt secure and safe use of technology.

GLORIA OYINBO
Gloria Oyinbo, CBAP®️, SMC, PMP, MBA, is a seasoned professional with over seven years of extensive experience across the Banking, Information Technology, and Real Estate sectors. Her diverse career has seen her excel as a Project Manager and Business Analyst. Gloria leverages her expertise to drive digital transformation projects for a wide range of clients. She holds an MBA in Project Management from the Catholic University of Spain (UCAM) and an Extended Diploma in Business Management (Operations & Project Management) from Westford University College.
Gloria thrives on meeting new people and is deeply committed to creating value and making a positive impact in her community. Her enthusiasm for connecting with others and her drive to foster meaningful change make her a standout leader and an inspiration to her peers.

HELEN RACETTE
Helen Racette, PEng, CBAP®, P2P has led a number of IT and controls projects in the private and public sectors for over 20 years. From working for an original “Deming’s Disciples” on Statistical Process Control, through the origins of Six Sigma with experience in the automotive industry, to the application of Lean Six Sigma in Nortel as well as Medical and Pharmaceutical manufacturers throughout North America, she constantly strives to develop and share best-in-class deliverables with her teams and clients. Helen currently works for Health Canada in their Digital Transformation Branch. Helen passed the CBAP® exam in 2017, has been a past speaker at Capital BA Day, and is always looking to expand her network and help share her knowledge while continually learning from others.
As President, Helen is responsible for ensuring that the chapter's activities continue to align with its strategic goals and provide value to its members.
