On Saturday February 22nd, the Ottawa-Outaouais Chapter did something we have not done since the COVID-19 pandemic. We held our first full day, in-person Workshop at the amazing Bayview Yards in Ottawa. We got to meet new friends and old as we were led on a journey of Business Analysis techniques by our fearless navigators (Workshop Leaders) Emily Tom and Nancy Beatson.
We were able to work together through a case study that reinforced our supply of trip necessities (otherwise known as business analysis techniques). From Onion Diagrams to Functional Decomposition and wide range of other techniques, the group was engaged and everyone participated. Even when we shared in a wonderful lunch provided, the conversations did not stop. Fantastic!
