After Salesforce fell in her lap in 2010, it became the go-to tool in her technical solution tool belt. Salesforce work embodies everything Vanessa loves in a job: teamwork, challenges, helping people, and Salesforce. Besides being a certified Scrum Master and 10x Salesforce certified, she had the honor of also contributing to the creation of the Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
