About the Facilitator:
Marian Dej
Marian did his post secondary in Graphics Technology and Design and like most people, fell into (and in love with) the BA world. Starting his BA path as a junior BA/QA on an e-commerce project he then moved on to working as a BA on a multimillion dollar and multi-year ERP implementation.
Since these “gate-way” projects, Marian has worked on many large-scale projects including e-Commerce implementations, Credit Card processor implementations, Credit Card Tokenization, and ERP implementations.
With most of his career to date spent working on projects in the sales/Marketing/e-commerce world, he realized that what he enjoyed most about these projects was the technology aspect. For the past 6 years Marian has taken on a leadership and mentoring role within IT business analysis.
