Change Management is sometimes called the soft side of change; it is better framed as the People Side of Change. Supporting people through their adoption and usage of a change is the most challenging and critical component of an organizational change.

Learn the fundamentals of Change Management and the strategies used to help projects succeed. We’ll discover what Change Management requires, who we need to engage, and some tactics to make it all work.

About the Facilitator:

 

 

Betsy Bond, EMBA, CCMP, B.Comm., Prosci Executive Instructor

 

Betsy Bond has been a career business leader, change management consultant and coach. She is now the Director of Program Delivery for Prosci Canada and part of the leadership team. Betsy has led change for enterprise system implementations, mergers and acquisitions, process and structure redesigns. She brings more than over 20 years of first-hand experience. 

In addition to change management, Betsy has a strong background in quantitative analysis, which she uses to quickly find answers to complex problems. 

As a Prosci Executive Instructor, she is passionate about teaching others the best practices of change management. Betsy also serves as a board member for the Atlantic Canada Chapter of the Association of Change Management Professionals. Betsy holds an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Quantic and a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in management information systems and quantitative analysis from the Memorial University of Newfoundland. She is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP™) with the Association of Change Management Professionals.
