ECBA™ / CCBA® / CBAP® Study Group – March 2019 Session
The pilot release of your new solution has recently been implemented. So how’s that working out for the organization? Is it delivering the value you had anticipated? Is it meeting the expectations of the stakeholders? If not, why not? Perhaps there’s a problem with the solution. Perhaps there’s a problem with the environment. If so, what should be done?
Purpose of the Study Group
The purpose of monthly study group sessions is to provide an opportunity for business analysts considering or preparing to write the ECBA™, CCBA ® or CBAP ® exam to meet with other like-minded individuals to review content in the BABOK ® v3. Each month we focus on a single chapter of the BABOK ® v3, sharing perspectives on the content and answering questions amongst the group. A “technique spotlight” studies a select group of techniques relevant to the knowledge area. A quiz is offered at the end of each session to reinforce and assess the material covered. The session is facilitated by a CBAP-certified business analyst.
