IIBA® Ottawa-Outaouais is pleased to host a full-day workshop, "Introduction to Discovery Driven Innovation", as part of the Chapter’s growing Skills™ Workshops and Masterclasses - a professional development series designed specifically for BAs by BAs.

Overview and Purpose
In this workshop Michael Lachapelle will guide you through the important building blocks of a discovery driven innovation approach. He will introduce and walkthrough the discovery mindset, methods and some of the important tools for innovation. Participants will be in engaged in peer discussions and hands on exercises of some tools.

Parking: Daily indoor parking is available for $15.00 per vehicle per day plus taxes. Please see the front desk before entering the garage to pick up a slide card. Entry to and exit from the parking garage cannot be accessed without this card.
