[Virtual] ECBA | CCBA | CBAP Study Group: IIBA Certifications, Business Analysis Key Concepts

Purpose of the Study Group

The purpose of monthly study group sessions is to provide an opportunity for business analysts considering or preparing to write the ECBA™, CCBA^® or CBAP^® exam to talk with other like-minded individuals to review and discuss content in the BABOK^®. Each month we focus on a chapter (or two) of the BABOK^®, sharing perspectives on the content and answering questions amongst the group.  A quiz is offered at the end of each session to reinforce and assess the material covered. The session is facilitated by a CBAP-certified business analyst.

Overview of the Session

In this session, we'll review the three core certifications offered by IIBA so you can select the best track for your experience and career goals: ECBA^™, CCBA^® or CBAP^®. Then, we'll tackle the first two chapters of the BABOK® Guide where we'll formalize the domain of business analysis in today's context, and delve into the key BA concepts that will set the foundation for what we'll be reviewing in the next nine months.
