Moeed Israr is a Management Consultant with over 15 years of experience. He is a Project Management Professional, Certified Business Analyst and a Business Architect currently working on defining strategy and future Capability development programs for Canadian Armed Forces (CAF).  Moreover, he is the Mission Thread Development Lead for CAF interfacing with NATO and other Allies to develop and model future operations.
 
Moeed is also the President of International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Ottawa-OutaouaisChapter.  IIBA® guiding principles represent a broad philosophy that guides the organization throughout its life in all circumstances, irrespective of changes in its goals, strategies, type of work, or the top management filter for decisions at all levels of the organization.  IIBA® Ottawa-Outaouais Chapter is a professional association that supports IIBA's members and the broader Business Analysis community in Canada's National Capital Region and the surrounding areas of Eastern Ontario and Western Québec.
 
At present Moeed is also pursuing Queen's / Cornell Americas Executive MBA Program. He is looking to provide enhanced value to the Chapter while increasing knowledge and skills.
 
In past engagements, Moeed worked as a Senior Business Analyst where he also performed functions of Project Management and Business Architecture.  He managed resources and worked with multiple business units across the program to establish future state business architecture, conduct business analysis activities, provided reporting and helped establish governance procedures.  Moeed has worked on a number of projects with organizations ranging from large multinational organizations to start-ups. He has been part of IBM’s Global Business Services and has worked independently in the Public Sector and at TD Bank’s (MBNA) Integration Program.
