- How to balance the traditional role of a BA and an Agile Coach if thrust into that capacity.

About the Facilitator
Franklin Garry, PMP®, PMI-ACP®, PSM, ITIL, CBAP, M.Eng, is a Project Management Consultant with over 10 years working experience delivering products and services in the engineering, financial and services sectors; encompassing managing business operations, projects and analysis such as business process mapping, LEAN thinking, implementation of business solution software, analyzing and improving business processes and operations of companies. He possesses a Master’s degree in Engineering Management, excellent communication skills and can build up rapport easily, open up clients, find out exactly their pain point, and present them with a wide range of services and solutions. Pragmatic and results orientated, with a focus on bottom line results.
