After three long years of virtual chats and meetings due to the pandemic, a small group of current and former IIBA Ottawa-Outaouais chapter volunteers finally had the opportunity to come together in person on a sunny, cold January morning for a delicious brunch in downtown Ottawa. 

This get-together was long-awaited, as many of us had not seen each other in over a year. It was extra special because we were finally able to meet Marcus, our former VP of Professional Development, in person!

We shared plenty of stories and laughs and celebrated successes and hard work. The brunch was a reminder of the importance of coming together to support one another. We’re all looking forward to a time when we can all meet in person for a chapter professional development or social event.
