Optimizing your Role as a BA in Strategic Thinking and Design with Mary Daly

Last Tuesday, we had an incredible start to our year of programming. Mary Daly of Throughline Solutions walked us through the ways that we, as business analysts, can optimize our role in Strategic Thinking and Design.  Mary walked us through some strategic thinking models to help us to see how we as BAs can understand and contribute to the strategic efforts of our organizations, no matter how strategic our role currently is.  One very fun and new interactive element was Mary's use of the Nureva platform to have participants provide input via their cell phone.  Heartfelt thanks go out to Mary for such an inspiring presentation.
