See you in September!
Learning Objectives
Okay, full disclosure. We’re going to do some fun stuff together and (hopefully) learn while we do. I’m not going to give away what we’ll do but I will let you in on what we’ll debrief about.
- Planning. The power of amplification by purposefully sequencing tools and techniques to achieve specific outcomes or objectives.
- Iterations. The cornerstone of an Agile mindset is to use cycles of activity with the ability to react (not resist) change.
- Agile terminology. Equating tools, techniques, roles, responsibilities, and processes with their Agile counterparts.
- Applicability. We’ll discuss how these tools and techniques apply to real-life situations and also share our thoughts and opinions on what we learned, observed, and are still curious about.
